I do not use a shopping cart system. I prefer to deal directly with a client when an image purchase is made to ensure that the item produced meets all of the client's expectations. Each and every item is custom-printed upon order. Once an image request is made, I contact the client directly to assist in finalizing the order. When making a request for prints or files, use the site contact form to indicate the portfolio in which the image is found, and the identifier (which, in most cases, begins with "DSC") that appears at the top of the image when you mouse over it in a slideshow. Indicate whether you are interested in a matted print, a matted and framed print, or a digital file. Please provide both a telephone number and an email address. I will contact you regarding the specifics of your request. Payment is made via an emailed invoice from Doug Weldon at PayPal. A link is provided in the invoice that provides opportunity for payment by credit card or through a PayPal account. The final price shown for the item will include shipping as outlined below. Sales tax is added to all purchases made by New York State residents.

All print sizes are approximate and subject to image selected. All frame sizes are exact.
Prints are produced on Epson Pro wide-format photo printers using Epson papers with Ultra-Chrome K3 Pigment Inks. They are mounted and framed in acid-free materials, and glazed in optically pure acrylic.
This print equipment/materials combination allows archival prints to be produced that meet the highest industry standards in print quality and longevity.

As all framed prints are prepared upon order, please allow 8 to 10 days for preparation before shipment.
Fine Art Note Cards
All of the images in the portfolios are now available as Fine Art Note Cards. Cards are printed on 60 lb. stock that is linen matte on the outside to preserve color accuracy, and standard finish on the inside to facilitate writing. Information about the image and the artist appear on the back of each card. Cards are A7 (5x7) size. Each card is accompanied by an A7 envelope and protected by a clear plastic sleeve.
Cards are priced at Five for $20 or ten for $35.00.
Shipping is Priority Mail via small flat rate box ($4.95).
A single sample card is available for $2 shipping and handling
via the site contact form.
Digital File Purchase
Doug Weldon Photography Royalty Free End User License Agreement for Purchase of Digital Content
Copyright of image is owned by Doug Weldon Photography. Digital rights are held by Doug Weldon Photography. By using the image the Purchaser agrees to adhere to the following terms:
1. Doug Weldon Photography grants the Purchaser a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Digital Content.
2. Purchaser agrees not to resell the image or to make the Digital Content available for purchase, distribution or download.
3. Purchaser may use the Digital Content as indicated in statement of intended use (i.e. to produce marketing materials, products, display on the web, etc.). Digital content may NOT be used for any purpose that is either pornographic or defamatory in any way.
4. Purchaser agrees to use the image as provided, or with minor changes. Minor changes are considered changes in scale, density, cropping, and use in montages.
5. Any other changes are considered major changes and are disallowed. Major changes are unauthorized derivative works and are infringements on the rights of the artist. Major changes are prohibited unless expressly allowed by Doug Weldon Photography.
Purchase is made through an invoice sent via PayPal. Upon response a credit card or PayPal account can be used to make payment. Once payment is made, the image is delivered via email. Use the site contact form at the top of each page to request pricing for digital files.
